Ryan Taylor is @babygiraffe, within the core team Ryan is in charge of finance. We have done a lot of meetings to do budget planning to try to execute the roadmap for the year there a many moving parts and someone needs to be responsible for posting proposals from the team that are part of the roadmap.

edit: I certainly hope ED and the dev core team, (or whatever), are watching all this and taking appropriate action so DASH is not controlled by any geo-political entity. That, IMO, is the critical factor.
