AFAIK you can stay anonymous there.

So it appears that BTC-E does not have InstantX enabled for deposits. However, my deposit did appear after 7 confirmations (5 InstantX + 2 blockchain). Still pretty fast, and faster than Polo.

The same is about poloniex, if you send IX you already gain 5 confirmations + the additional 7 to complete the deposit.
