The main goal of this thread is to publish the reports of the proposal approved in the last voting cycle at www.dashboost.org


Proposal: 2.060 New Users + 4.120 Transactions

Our objectives

The main objective of this proposal is to foster the usage of Dash in the central region of Venezuela.

We will accomplish (3 months):
· 2.060 new users

· 4.120 transactions

· 0,004 Dash per new user!

How are we going to make it happen?

We will teach users step by step how to acquire Dash with the local currency and then using Dash as a payment method in Venezuelan online stores. As an incentive to users, we propose a discount for every transaction effectively made.

1- Buying Dash:
www.cryptoway.io this will be the platform to buy Dash using bolivars.

2- Paying with Dash:
www.tupanacharcutero.com will be store where the users will be able to buy using Dash.

3- Incentive:
The users will receive a discount of 0,002 Dash for every order placed at the store, with a maximum of two orders.

4- Webcast:
Through a webcast, we will explain all the steps within this simple process. It will be published in www.tupanacharcutero.com. The video will be available to any user and it will be showed every five minutes.

To ensure that users will not exceed the maximum amount of orders, the coupons will only be activated if Dash is selected as the payment method and the use of them will be controlled based on each Identity Document.

We have considered
making adjustments to our module (Prestashop) to be able to accept payments in Dash automatically.

Who are we?
My name is José Manuel da Silva and I am the cofounder of Dash Maracay and Tu Pana Charcutero, CA.

We are truly convinced of the benefits the usage of Dash will bring to the Venezuelan people; consequently, we are actively directing our efforts towards the rise of the awareness of Dash in the Venezuelan community.

CryptoWay
The founders of Cryptoway have agreed to participate, making possible the use of the platform to convert Bolivars into Dash.

CryptoWay is a peer-to-peer platform that allows the exchange of cryptocurrency for Bolivars or other cryptocurrencies. Dash and other cryptocurrencies are in www.cryptoway.io

The identity verification system and the Escrow will ensure security at every transaction. CryptoWay has a customer service department which is available to help, solve any inconvenient or answer any question.

Budget
Considering that the transactions will be made online, the costs of the project are expected to be significantly low for every new user and for every transaction.

It should be mentioned that www.tupanacharcutero.com has a minimum order amount and the proposed discount equals 13.5% of this minimum amount required.

Conclusion

The execution of this proposal will allow more than 2060 new users to learn how to use Dash as a payment method, at a low cost.

I'm having a hard time understanding the images. Could you explain the problem that the customers seem to be having with the Dash payments? Or is the team still working to identify the bottleneck?

Also, have you spoken with Edward of Dash.red? He has a large number of users that are already familiar with Dash. They may be a good match.

Thank you very much for your questions.

What we have found is that our clients feel that creating and validating an account on the exchange platform to buy Dash with Bolivares is a "long" and "uncomfortable" process.
When our customers have the Dash in their wallet, the rest of the process seems simple to them.

Taking this into consideration, we have decided to make a change in the process, we are conducting live sessions on our instagram account (Mondays) to teach how to download the wallet and talk about security recommendations, we also show how to buy and pay in our store with Dash. At the end of the live broadcast, we ask users to send the public key of their wallet and we send them 0.004 Dash to buy in our store.

Definitely, the bottleneck is in the process of getting access to the Dash.

Today we have achieved a record number of transactions for our Dash Mondays, 80 orders were paid with Dash and we are sure that it is a record for any merchant in Venezuela.

We have not talked with Edward, however, we will contact him to share experiences.

Below we present the second report of our proposal.

During the execution of the proposal we have received 386 payments with Dash, in September and October we received 292 payments with Dash.

During September and October we have received a total of 7,4 Dash.

This chart shows daily transactions, highlighting our record of 80 transactions paid with Dash in one day.

During this period, 182 new users have been incorporated paying with Dash, for an accumulated total of 246 new users paying with Dash.

This change in the process really worked. Definitely, simplifying the process is key for users.

We have found a direct impact between the realization of live tutorials and the number of transactions. We will continue doing it, however, from this month on YouTube. We have created our Youtube channel to publish tutorials on Dash and how to buy with Dash in our store.

Dash Monday continues working and we will maintain it until we achieve our goals.

We have talked with @LorenzoRey and @AlejandroE to integrate Dash Text in our store. We hope that many new users start paying with Dash after the integration of Dash Text.

We have adjusted the configuration of our store to start receiving orders from the cities of Valencia and Caracas. We are finalizing some adjustments of our logistics to open the sales to these two new cities, only for payments with Dash. We hope to start these sales on December.

Below we present the third report of our proposal.

During the execution of the proposal we have received 723 payments with Dash.

During the execution of the proposal we have received 18,2 Dash, 0,025 Dash p/order.

The trend of monthly transactions is bullish with a record of 156 transactions in October 2018. In the month of January 2019 only the transactions of the middle of the month are shown, we are sure that this month we will have a new record.

321 new users during the execution of the proposal.

We have completed the adjustments in our ecommerce to receive orders in Caracas and Valencia cities. Dash is the only form of payment for these cities.

Last week we delivered the first order paid with Dash in Caracas.

Dash Monday continues working and we will maintain it until we achieve our goals.

We will send promotional mail to the databases of Dash Caracas and Dash Maracay to increase the number of new users paying with Dash.
