Are there any DASH-denominated currency forwards, with BTC or USDT?

With the recent price decrease, I'm wondering if some of the treasury proposals will incur losses because they receive DASH but incur costs in USD.
 
There may be losses. Price fluctuation is a risk that any proposal submitter should assume, all the more so as it might turn in their favour too.
