That was helpful, thank you.
Look, this is just me rambling out loud but... this morning I was listening to a popular youtuber / crypto investor and, frankly, I had to quit halfway through because I found his analysis so poor. On the one hand he was criticising dash, yet on the other hand he failed to mention or acknowledge the shortcomings of other cryptos such as monero.
For dash, he said the "crypto community" had a very poor view of dash. The usual instamine issue came up. And also, how poorly the DAO works; that MNOs are not the brightest people, that group decisions by non-experts lead to very poor decision making. That, in itself is not terrible, but then he went on to praise monero as the best privacy coin. That's when it all fell apart for me, because imo, EVERY crypto out there had it's own history and set of problems. Monero, had significant privacy issues / technical flaws.
My point is, he said, "crypto community", which is a very narrow view. As you already stated, your documentary is more mainstream consumption, meaning it's somewhat of a blank canvas, where this bias and negativity is not present or known. So it just seems to me, this documentary could help to wipe the slate clean and give a more balanced view.
It's a fine line to walk. OTOH we want positive coverage of dash, yet not too pushy and in your face.
