D3 "Best Frequency" ?

Hi all,

Just received my new D3's, mid November batch, still has August 31 software (haven't checked for updates yet).

Has anyone had a chance to play with the newer D3's to see where we can max out our frequency setting?

They have good, fairly cool fans feeding the input, so I can go a little higher without too much worry about overheating.

Any thoughts? Any input would be appreciated. Searched the forum for any notes on this, but didn't seem to find any.

I've run a few 19.3 models at 600 frequency without issue, I don't really see a difference in payout tho, some hash 24plus on the pools.

Maybe I am not very good luck my D3 can only run up to 550 then it will have 10,000+ HW errors per hour...
