Am I getting this right?
Let's say there is 10 users participating and 2 refuse to sign. So then the two that refused to sign lose their collateral. Now after that do all the users that wanted to proceed and were willing to sign get their collateral back and a new request for 10 brand new users is sent out so the darksend transaction can proceed or do the 8 remaining users stay in the pool and a request for 2 new users is sent out? I don't know how many users are really required for this so chose 10 as an example.
Someone more knowledgeable please educate me.
