Chinese “CERT” report

It is not really bad but doesn't seem good either for Dash.
But the article goes back to december 2016. Do you think the informations are still accurate ? And can we rely on the China CERT ?

0.12.0.58 so it's out of date but I've no doubt our devs have gone over it for anything still relevant. Big thumbs up to CERT for carrying out the audit, I'd imagine that was a lot of work!
 
This institution lacks neutrality, has a government background, and the Chinese government is not friendly to the encrypted currency.
