If you are talking about wallet.dat passphrase: yes
If you are talking about masternodeprivkey: no

i'm talking about the passphrase I enter into the wallet when i withdraw coins from MN

and the process is just as simple as press "change passphrase" then enter new passphrase ?

Yes, you can change this passphrase without interfering with your masternode operation.

"Change Passphrase..." should get you there. Keep in mind that this only changes the passphrase of the current wallet.dat file - all old backups of that file will still use the old passphrase.
