Buying That Cheap Dash

What we need is for Dash to disconnect from simply trader sentiment and any relationship to bitcoins price. So it's price is independent of what any other coin is doing.

I'm a DASH n00b and I bought between $90-$100. I would buy more now, but Tether is taking FOREVER to confirm me. I don't want to spend anymore of my Bitcoin, as it keeps rising and is expensive to replace. Anyone know of a place to buy Dash via USD?
