Buying dash from Peru

Hi,

I'm sorry if this is not the right place to post this.

I have a Peruvian friend who would like to invest up to 5000 dollars in Dash, what would be the easiest/cheapest way for her to do so? A few days for money transfer is not an issue and i'm sure she wouldn't mind submitting some form of ID as well.

I suggest she joins http://dash-nation-invite.herokuapp.com/ and look for a channel called fiat_to_dash

There she may find somebody willing to sell Dash.
