Dash network fee is listed 0.002 on the site. That's a little high (4 orders of magnitude). Just sent an email to your support.

If customers pay dash and I receive dash, I just pay your 0.99% commission correct? Thanks.

A commission is charged on each transaction: you are free to either include it in the price of the product, or to charge the commission to your client over and above the price of the goods.
Transaction Fee is 0.99%

In January Bitcoin Cash community introduced support for new address format called CashAddr.​

CashAddr is a new address format for Bitcoin Cash intended to avoid confusion with Bitcoin addresses and to help users to distinguish two different networks.

Your customers can use new CashAddr address format with a prefix (bitcoincash:) or without it (e.g. just qpkg7mf84mvl2nwmx4m858rjf43zfja63vu40skmsk) or use legacy address (for the mentioned example it would be 1Au1oA9egCjMKYHfJj6ecR2aLQTfSDvfY8).
