This illustrates s PR problem Darkcoin might face - IF - it would be perceived as a tool ONLY for black market and / or all sorts of underground activities. So the philosophy behind Darkcoin - a burning need for privacy above anonymity - must be clearly stated.
In this pan-fascist world in which The Financial Crime Cartel (real Mordor of black markets, dark pools, hidden transactions, and outright fraud) rules so-called governments, Darkcoin represents the biggest threat to their very existence. If I'm free to sell you my legal services for 1000 DRK and no one knows about it but us, we're almost in a crazy, cyber-barter era (coins not being the money, but impartial, no money-grubbing, non-taxable, not mired in fees and not given to the fascists prying eyes, intermediary) that, which is much, much worse for the fascists, makes me (us) free.
No taxes, no reports, no banks - an idea of pure freedom, a parallel world that does not give a damn about these fuckers and builds a better world. In a world like that, they have no place and, rest assured, they will use every single tool in their considerable toolbox, to destroy any idea of freedom. What has happened in the real life, with Occupy Wall Street might happen in cyberspace, when crypto is in question.
We have to defend it with our lives, if we want to stay (be, become) free...
