3 hours behind

Wallet has been 3 hours behind for.. days.

Tried turning off the wallet and waiting.
Tried uninstalling, restarting and then reinstalling.
Tried it all night with a strong internet connection.

Suggestions?

Check system date/time settings

Time and date have been correct according to http://time.is/

Tools, -> Information, -> Debug log file, ->Open, -> Save As... -> new filename.txt, -> Zip, ->Email. OK

Make sure you set timezone right, you are ~3 hours off:
"2016-10-24 10:42:44 Added time data, samples 15, offset -10794 (-179 minutes)"

Wallet was stuck on 3 hours behind,
Changed the computer's time to -3 hours ago.
And it worked! Syncing additional data: 50%
