关于目前国内有很多类似传销一样的宣传

最近听说个说法，感觉有点想传销，他们会介绍各种暗黑币的好处，升值空间，但要求通过他们的企业购买暗黑币，分为V1,V3,V9对应 1000币，3000币，9000币的。
如果提出直接从网上购买，不通过他们企业，会被告知其他途径不安全，通过他们公司可以保证不陪，每年多费2倍的币，请问这个是真么的吗？还是诈骗？

However, they request users purchasing DRK from their company. The level can be listed V1, V3, V9 . Corresponding 1,000DRK, 3,000DRK, and 9,000DRK.
If user insist to buy drk on other exchange, they will stress the insecurity of whatever the exchange they'd like to use. And guaranteed that through their company, users can double their amount in just one year. Is this true? or scam?
