I had a question regarding the Payout address I registered for the Deterministic Masternode List. I needed to leave a small amount of Dash on that address in order to complete the registration process, for fees. Now that my masternodes are registered, do I still need to keep some Dash parked...

Thank you @JGCMiner for your helpful response! Now I know that I need to run "bls generate" (presumably from the remote masternode) for each 1000 Dash collateral address. I followed the guide for my first masternode, and got as far as running the "dash-cli protx register_prepare ..." command...

Is Dash 12.3 available yet? It looks like we are past block 897264, but the download links at https://www.dash.org/wallets/#wallets are still pointing to 12.2.3. Thanks!
