I don't know the appropriate way, but I ended up manually killing the process and then restarting dashd. Seems to have worked for me.

Doing a little more digging into my two masternodes that don't appear to be online. I'm not sure why I'm seeing the error "Could not locate specified vin..." I can see the vin in the blockchain explorer...

How can I get a list of all the masternode public keys? I know I can get a list of the ip addresses with darkcoind masternode list. Is there a similar command to get the keys? Or is there a roundabout way I can do this?
