    V12 Testing Thread

Quick tech question on Liquidity Providers. Does DS get a boost having a set of wallets constantly ping-pong'ing tx back and forth, or is liquidityprovider=n enough?

Ah, is this new? I'm pretty sure start-many, when it first came out, payed to the first address in the mnastenode.conf... not sure. I'll be trying start-many today for the first time

    V12 Testing Thread

hmmm ... I don't think so. That would be total chaos and be of disservice to the argument. The idea of start-many is to simplify things, not to make it worse. With typical start-many, 1k addresses (each with it's own vin) are created, which makes it easier I guess, but since it's the first...

With start-many, all payments got to the first address, so how do you monitor payments with that? (yup, I've never used start-many....)

Thats the whole point of the 1k collateral. Each vin is "locked" to one MN. bertlebbert how did you do it? I'll try to replicate .

STOP Quoting the BCT Trolls !!

tungfa, please don't develop hypertension over this  You're way too cool. Anyway, reminding is important, but it's almost impossible to enforce mein Freund von mir! One thing is to fuel a troll to make a spam fest, the other is people genuinly not be able to contain themselves because...

How do I prevent sgminer.exe from being automatically deleted?

Damn... first I hear of this. Which windoze version are you on? Must be frustrating as hell ...

    V12 Release Date

Not really, it's on the top of mine, as is iOS  But not specifically because of v12 Anyway... both versions are humming along. No further comments at this point. Back to topic... are there any stats on how much of those 21000 lines were actually typed instead of copy-pasted...

    V12 Release Date

Naa... I've been on the front in other battles this time round. This testnet round was absolutely glorious and what a delight to assist in the sidelines. Didn't contribute as you guys dwarf me these days. Kick ass testnet team! .

    V12 Release Date

The cat is out of the bag. Evan in reality is a cyborg forked off HAL2000 with added kernel service subroutines called UdjinM6, crowning, flare, moli and a few others. No biggie. 21000 is a piece of pie these days for Dash

    V12 Testing Thread

I pretty much think anyone involved with Dash knows that easy to follow directions will surely pop-up, like mushrooms, once a final first version is released out into the wild. Until then, this is testnet, where versions and tweaks change faster than underwear  Everyone's invited to...

Very clear. Downgrade. Wait for 12.0.35, update and test a hard fork. Then roll out on mainnet. .

    Incentivizing liquidity providers

Not at all... keep it coming! The way I see it is... for this to be truly effective, in terms of really boosting mainnet performance, we need dedicated servers like MN's. Fees will put people off from becoming LP's. We have 2 problems here. a) Server for LP = hot nodes. b) user QT's at home...

Granted this is my first liquidity provider test, but it seems stuck at 13% since update. liquidityprovider=50, 5k

    Incentivizing liquidity providers

qwizzie - that is exactly why I started testing liquidity provider on testnet on friday. I was definitely going to make this into a proposal the budget system. How though, is a different story. And Evan is tinkering with ideas, so it will happen somehow
