"RC5 POOL COMPLIANT POLICE" - DONE! WE ARE ON 100% COMPILIANT POOLS NOW!

If it will help, I'll solo mine at 7Ghs for a few days but I cant see how it will help. Lolz if I only paid 10%.

"RC5 POOL COMPLIANT POLICE" - DONE! WE ARE ON 100% COMPILIANT POOLS NOW!

I dont see how us creating a huge pool will help. I say fuck them. If they don't comply then its their loss. Apart from a drop in network hash rate, whats the risk to Darkcoin?

"RC5 POOL COMPLIANT POLICE" - DONE! WE ARE ON 100% COMPILIANT POOLS NOW!

I'm happy to rent a couple of 3.5Ghs X11 rigs for a day or so.

"RC5 POOL COMPLIANT POLICE" - DONE! WE ARE ON 100% COMPILIANT POOLS NOW!

I am under no illusions that x11ltc1btccom are deliberately playing the system. I was referring to the good actors. The smaller pools and the solo miners.

Unorthodox two things but I'm sticking with it.

"RC5 POOL COMPLIANT POLICE" - DONE! WE ARE ON 100% COMPILIANT POOLS NOW!

Two things: 1) I don't want to hurt the pools that just haven't realised they need to update. 2) x11ltc1btccom don't deserve to be given any more payments 3) Can anybody show what percentage of the blocks mined x11ltc1btccom covers?

Wait what? Dual stacking? That sounds like something I want to learn how to do and annoy the hell out of everybody by asking annoying questions and constantly needing help! Sign me up!

I've contacted them both myself several times over. Its just not cricket.

"RC5 POOL COMPLIANT POLICE" - DONE! WE ARE ON 100% COMPILIANT POOLS NOW!

This is a really tough decision to make. If nicehash and x11ltc1btccom played ball, we'd hit 90 or thereabouts. I have no faith that they will. The question is, how many pools out there are playing nicely but don't know about impending enforcement yet? I guess we just have to keep the...

Multiple Network Interfaces on T2.medium - A small bounty challenge!

BTW, as chaeplin has said already it is not recommended to use multiple network interfaces. AWS routes asymmetrically by default which meant that all outgoing traffic, regardless of the NIC that it arrived on, exits via eth0 (if it exits at all). To get it working you need to set up static...

Multiple Network Interfaces on T2.medium - A small bounty challenge!

Success! flare is the bounty winner as he held my hand and taught me how to solve the problem step by step and even drew me pictures. Thanks to all who helped.

Multiple Network Interfaces on T2.medium - A small bounty challenge!

Ok so flare has spent hours helping me tonight. He has taught me loads about VPC and subnetting and I have eth1 up and running fine in the instance. I believe that I have rc.local and iptables set up correctly however when I run the following under account nm07 "curl ipecho.net/plain ; echo" I...

Multiple Network Interfaces on T2.medium - A small bounty challenge!

I have strict rules of engagement at home. My wife is away on business for most of next month so I will have some more time to devote to the cause. Its just a shame that Darkcoin doesn't need Zenworks, Solarwinds, Cisco Nexus or HP SAN consultancy :D

Multiple Network Interfaces on T2.medium - A small bounty challenge!

I want to give up my day job and become a full time darkcoiner (ist?). This is the only fun I have all day.

Alright! I admit it. This is why I bought those stupid hashlets at gawminers.

The thing that frustrates me most is that every week or so my mintpal is credited with 0.001 BTC as a cruel reminder to the £300 I spent on the contract that would have bought me over 1BTC. Also, Nimbus will not reply to my requests for compensation for 5 days downtime and they also will not...

Multiple Network Interfaces on T2.medium - A small bounty challenge!

So you did get bored then flare? Looks good to me. I think we might have a winner! To be confirmed when/if I get it working... vertoe I'm happy to pull a wiki together for this (if chaeplin is happy for me to link to his guides) however we really shouldn't be advising this technique as a...

Multiple Network Interfaces on T2.medium - A small bounty challenge!

Thanks karisu , I'll have a read. From a best practice standpoint I appreciate your concerns about having too many nodes on the same instance. chaeplin, if you try to launch a T2.medium instance with more than 6 IPs the launch fails. Six is the maximum per network interface.

Multiple Network Interfaces on T2.medium - A small bounty challenge!

10 DRK to the person who can solve this Linux networking problem for me! I have six masternodes running on one T2.medium using chaeplin's excellent guide which can be found here https://darkcointalk.org/threads/ec2-multiple-remote-nothing-mn-max-5.1660/ Both CPU and network resources are...
