Sounds like a good idea to me. I'm anxious to see how the funded Venezuelan help center performs, but if it does well, I don't see any real obstacles to this being funded as well.

I would be willing to vote to contribute much more to other countries once we have solid metrics that it is performing consistently well over the allotted period in present countries. It's hard to beat that level of adoption on an individual level.
