Wallet sync stuck at 10 weeks, tried everything!

My drk wallet won't get past block 200160
I've tried everything I can think of including updating to most recent version, loading the backup, loading the bootstrap.dat completely uninstalling defraying the registry and reinstalling the wallet! I don't know what else to try?
I'm on windows 8.1 64bit

Any suggestions would be much appreciated,

Add some nodes to your config file.
Bootstrap didn't work hmmm strange...

I'm relatively compitant with most software issues but this is driving me nuts,
The bootstrap seems to load but it still stops at 10 weeks, I check the folder and the bootstrap has been renamed as as it should be.
I have a wallet installed on 2 systems, one works fine an this is the other one, unfortunately I sent some coins to this one before it sync'd an now the coins are stuck floating around until I can update it!
