Look at how many people left the Dash community, due the the policies of DCG.

Sort the "Current Node(s)" collumn of the above table, to discover the individuals that have now zero masternodes.

99 classified individudals sold their masternodes and left Dash. Only 115 classified individuals remain in Dash community.

Soon the Dash community will end having less individuals than the Encointer community (currently 81 individuals).

Divide, Conquer, and Destroy the community. This is what DCG is doing.

Is there a way to see if they bought back in with fresh nodes?

I'm just generally very disappointed with the dash dao. i can't commit to dash while the same old people keep draining the treasury with the same ol' shit.

No decentralized API. No js/wasm SDK / smart contracts. Still no tokens and certainly no social engagement driving the vision.

This is the job of @xkcd .
If he can prove that, I will update the list with new information.

Since 1 Apr 2024 I last checked, we have 18 new classified individuals in Dash.

But have look, 99 classified individuals abandoned Dash since I started developing my list!

And you can also see the classified individuals that hold evo nodes.

Only 22 evo individuals are classified (having 142 evo masternodes). The Evo individuals do not vote often, thats why among the (98-18 crowdnodes)=80 of them who DO vote (having all of them 200 evo masternodes) only 22 individuals are classified. This is maybe because the evo individuals are mostly government agents and they are hiding. Among the evo voters, we have to classify 58 remaining individuals that hold evo masternodes. But time is our friend. No matter how good these agents are hiding, we will find them and expose them.

The idea of "divide and conquer" that you mention may indeed reflect feelings within the Dash community about the changes made by DCG. The departures of individuals may be symptomatic of a broader unease regarding Dash's governance, an issue that other crypto projects have also faced, where centralization of decisions and control of resources can create tensions.
