Stuck transaction on Cryptonator

Hello everybody here,

new to the forum, but I am a DASH holder for quite some time.

This morning I've sent some DASH to Shapeshift using the DASH wallet I have on Cryptonator.
The site shows me that the transaction is complete, but I can't see any progress on the Shapeshift interface.
So I've contacted the Shapeshift support and they replied me that they never received the money.

Now I'm waiting a reply from Cryptonator. I don't have a transaction ID as they don't show it in the transaction history.

What should I do? Someone have bad experience with Cryptonator?

Hi,
This is an online wallet I take it. Most people here don't use them I suspect.
You will have to find the wallet transaction somehow, dont you have the sending address ?
Normally clicking advanced coin control and list will reveal sending addresses but because this is an online wallet, am sorry but you will have to contact the company I guess.

Cryptonator I had issues as well over 1 day no withdrawal to my local dash wallet.
they said it had something to do with dust stopping them from creating tx.. sigh.
