International Outreach :
The international Outreach/ Translation programs is running since years, growing from very small efforts to more and different. As you can imagine it is a bit complex and i will try my best to translate this.
We are now concentrating on the top 4 ‘foreign’ languages: Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese.
as we are running dash.org in nearly all languages (Portuguese will be added soon - in the moment only 'News' available)
Obviously our community is much further spread out than these 4 languages/countries, but we concentrate on these 1st (extensions are planned) as you need a decent size engaged community to make these efforts work.
We started with Single Translators in each country, by now we are trying to extend this into teams in each country, as the workload with article/news translations and video (subtitle) translations is a lot and very time consuming.
Single Translators are not only paid for translations but for community engagements, starting pages and chats , maintaining / updating, moderating, business engagements ,…..eventually managing a team (each one in each country). Each country ‘work’ different, as communities are culturally either investors or traders, meaning some are more engaged (and ready to volunteer) and others are not. Russia for example was always very engaged and active while china with the language and ‘firewall’ issues is a totally different story/approach.
The main idea is to translate English News Articles into multiple languages, post it to those communities and have them spread this further in the local markets. We are working on video subtitles (if we can need - Voiceovers) as well, but they are a lot of work. We tried to help amanda with her videos, but 1 video per week is too much work for the single translators and so far only really possible with Russian (these guys are on it) - we still support where we can but can not do all videos all the time (timing and late deliveries).

China is the hardest due to language and internet access barriers. We are working on china since 2 years + and made great progress. We were very active on 8btc (biggest crypto outlet in china) but recently moved our activities and page/forum to cybtc.cn as they are better.

no translator signed up in the moment - Funds are used for Spanish Tips or as needed funds for other International Outreach activities
We are talking to many people, get frequent news, always get translated what we need eventually ,but have nobody signed up in the moment. I am talking to a couple people but nothing confirmed yet. This is growing steady due to venezuela and more south americans getting involved. (Telegram Group really helps)

Statistics:
I am really not a SEO person (i leave this to others), but the reports and understanding i gathered are posted.
In general is comes down to the same:
the price rises, huge engagement - price down , less (same in English)
There are certain spikes in the charts bellow but that is more market related than some specific international News and such. These international communities need information, be it News Articles, or Team Updates, or Guides,….. as long as they are still smaller than english dash we should further try extend there, help and support.
I measure activities more in engagement via Forum posts or Telegram Group activities, and direct communications, or view /comment numbers on social media (specially china and such)
and different languages have different regions :
we are just past the summer break
ru is down, but it is probably bacause of summer. the news section (#15) has less pageviews, but it performs better than ru main (-8% vs -49%). time spent grows
es grows a lot. summer is not that important in this case because in latam it is winter. Venezuela interest probably have helped a lot.
pt obviously grows because their specific version was launched in July
cn is always impossible to understand becuase of the other site / dashpay.cn with no analytics and all the chat groups!

Personal Thoughts:
This project takes a lot of my time and efforts from the members involved, as there is so much communications with different groups of people involved , postings and sharing and likes and subtitles and back and forth .... but it works great in the long run and keeps a steady flow of updates/news/posts into the foreign communities. This really brings the english Dash PR efforts to a lot of other communities, and encourages them to build their own pages and chats as now there is news to share and something to talk about , ....... there is still a lot to do , we are defying our systems and hope to push this into other languages + different projects soon.
Lucky we have a lot of help from the community and team members - volunteering in support and advice
(special tx to @alex-ru, @studioz, @Alexy + all translators and team members i do not post as i did not ask for permission/privacy - we could not do it without you ! )

We need local language skills, but even more important - good english, understanding of Dash, involfment in community, social media postings and sharing (engagement) and interested in expanding the community in their country / language.....
