Red Alert?

I'm just wondering what this means. I have a wallet on my mac and tried to do the console command in the app -reindex but the command didn't exist. So I just backed up my wallet and then downloaded the new .12 wallet and copied it over the old one. When I opened the app said the index needed to be rebuilt and I gave the go ahead. Did I mess up?

"-reindex" is for command line, not for a console inside wallet so "command does not exist" is ok. All you had to do was to click yes, reindex when it asked you (which you did so should be good too). And red color for DS balance means that you have not enough funds to mix amount you specified in settings, it's just a warning, not an error (hover your mouse over it to get more info).
