The launch of the Russian-language broadcast is the first step in project development. In the coming months, it is planned to launch an English-language radio and a website. Further the project will be scaled by franchise to Chinese, German, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Preliminary agreements on partnership with profile information projects have already been reached and agreements are being formalized.

Tired of the information flow? No problems! By pressing one button the listener can change the information stream to a musical one and evaluate the author's selection of music outside the framework of musical styles and formats.

Radio+1 is legally registered at Plus One Media Group LLC in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and is being registered with Roskomnadzor as official media.

Our news is published on the radio every 30 minutes, as well as published on our website, Russian DASH forums, and on golos.io

The news line is formed from primary sources (speeches of speakers, websites and tweets of projects and their organizers) and the best world media. Each news is rechecked, and analyzed by the editorial staff, and also discussed live with authoritative experts. For the first month of work, the editorial staff of the radio station generated about 500 news items.

Our experts are well-known personalities, cryptoprojects organizers, specialists, software developers, investors, traders, analysts, government officials - officials, State Duma deputies and regional parliamentarians, organizers and representatives of educational, information projects, exhibitions and conferences, as well as industry specialists - science, education, Federal Tax system, and others.

Standing speakers and experts are also active members of the DASH community. There are 5 to 20 invited speaker-experts every day on the air of the radio. Further formation of the expert pool is under way. In addition to experts, our radio listeners constantly chatting with presenters. Interactive communication with them is realized in the our live ether Telegram chat, and via cell phone which gives an opportunity to call to presenters and give a comment to some themes on air. The inclusion of radio listeners in live broadcast occurs daily several times a day.

In addition to the news content, Radio+1 releases the morning, afternoon and evening talk shows on the current agenda, as well as author programs and podcasts:

"Blockchain Academy" - the head of the academy Kirill Mikhailov talks about existing and promising blockchain projects.

"Koursach" - leading on personal experience, presenters talk about different master classes and other educational projects they have tested;

The most interesting programs are repeated on different time bands for the most convenient perception of listeners in different time zones around the world (we are covering 64 countries for now).

The information coverage of our project already exceeds hundreds of thousands of people. Part of the audience has already become our regular listeners. Detailed statistics about our audience can be disclosed in official sources only after the registration of Radio+1 as official media (we are already applied for a license).

In addition, we become informational and strategic partners, talk about them, and they about us, increasing the involvement of people, and we exchange unique news content, that also increases trafic to our website. Among them are all Russian DASH-resources, as well as general cryptoportals, conferences, start-ups, periodicals, scientific, educational and entertaining publications, exhibitions and digital conferences and successful business. Voices "against" appeared simultaneously and massively on many proposals. We have listed only a few examples.
The current budget has been cleared of applicants for almost 1000 DASH. The only proposal against which no vote was cast at that time was Ben Swann's proposal:

Before the mass negative vote began, his proposal was uncompetitive, and 486 votes against it were argued. The main complaints against him, left in the comments remain:
1. Unreasonably large budget spent on its own business, which does not bring tangible benefits to the community.
2. Lack of reporting for previously obtained from the treasury 2400 DASH
3. Lack of mandatory escrow and much more.

In this case, we do not blame Ben - he is a bright person, with a well-deserved reputation and charisma. We will be glad to communicate, and possible cooperation with such a wonderful person.

More questions arise to the people who promote it, and to the ways that they apply. Voting against all without analyzing the benefits, perspectives, stages of each project, and their competitive proposals, destroy people's belief in the fairness of the DASH budget system.

Now the time has come when there are more good offers for the treasury than money. And, this should develop a civilized internal competition of proposals.

What the supporters of Ben made by their vote disappoints the people who give their time, power and money to the promotion of DASH. This can be a serious charge from competitors DASH, and ill-wishers, in imaginary decentralization and manipulation within Digital Cash.

I have sympathy for how this was voted down to make room for huge proposals without any payback.

Ben Swann needs to be given 800 Dash again, Feedbands needs another 1000 plus dash core, so I am not sure if there will be much room left in the next 3 months.
There are going to be many proposals for the remaining few dash.

However you will have my vote when you decide to take a chance again with 5 dash, starting all over again.

You can take a look at the Masternodes that voted against you on Dash Ninja.
I have looked through 100 that voted against you between March 26 and 30. Almost none of them voted on the Ben Swann Proposal at all. Only 10 of those 100 voted for him and 2 voted against him. I had no time to look through the other 100 but I don't expect it to be much different.
So I don't think that the two occurences were related.
Of course I don't understand either why your proposal was defunded because I always thought you're doing a great job and there was also enough Dash in the treasury for you. But I think the defunding had nothing to do with Ben Swann.

The kind of complicated accounts he has submitted are proof of the kind of accounting fraud and misreporting that is going on. @DashWatchTeam remains a mute spectator and is unlikely to ruffle feathers by asking him for real transactions, where the whole story will unravel and ben will have to tell further lies about why transactions are unavailable.

I would have advised you to submit fake cooked up figures in protest and tell anyone who asks you for an escrow to get lost; but I dont think that will end well for you because you arent ben swann.

Hi Argon31, we're still working with the Ben Swann proposal to get a clearer sense of their funding expenses. We had a call with him last week regarding some questions we had, if you had any particular questions you'd like to ask we are happy to follow up the best we can with the proposal owner. Admittedly, it has been difficult to get some funding information from the proposal owner.

Please note that we try to be an objective reporting force in the Dash community. We are neither for or against any particular proposal, our only alliance is to the Dash community. We are also just in the beginning phases of our reporting so right now we do not have the authority to get information from proposal owners, we hope that this will change in time. We have been discussing a more audit side of the Dash Watch team, which will be more aggressive into diving into financials and deliverable's and trying to unravel exactly how each and every funding dollar has been spent. However, this is still in the planning/developmental phase. Please bare with us for now as we are trying our best with our team and working to build better communication channels with both the Dash community and with proposal owners.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. We've been very hesitant to put any proposals "on blast" because of 2 reasons: 1. We want to give all proposal owners a fair chance in telling their side of the story, and 2. We're still a relatively new proposal ourselves and we're still working on developing and improving our systems.

The current numbers and information we have do not totally account for all the Dash that has been funded to the Ben Swann proposal. We're not the ones to draw any type of fraud accusations at this point in time. However, we are trying to put together the complete picture in terms of funding expenses and the proposal owner has been cooperative thus far.

We can all agree that the treasury system desperately needs more accountability, but we're also trying not to rush into any type of accusations or conclusions without solid evidence. In our experience, many of the proposals that aren't meeting milestones or delivering are not due to malicious behavior. Most are simply due to inexperience and/or mismanagement of the proposal by proposal owner(s). Also, to clarify on our earlier authority comment - we (Dash Watch) cannot force or demand any type of information from proposal owners. They are not obligated to give any information at all. However, we hope that the community eventually gives enough weight to Dash Watch reports that it will help push proposal owners to comply with Dash Watch.

I want to sum up this dialogue: In our opinion, all the talk does not come to any positive result. Voting on our proposal has not changed, and we see a little intelligible argument for voting for or against our project.
It is sad.
In community dialogues, the issue of the utility of budget proposals is always discussed. There are more and more opinions that investments in permanent projects should be monetized in the interests of the community.
