I hope everyone had a great time with their friends and family during the festive season. Those who have been following my work and updates know that Dash had a successful year in Serbia and I am very excited about the upcoming opportunities and developments. Here are some articles/updates on our progress in a case that you have missed them:
For some time now, my colleague, Vedad Mešanović, and I have been thinking about a concept for a blockchain platform which will be the first peer-to-peer, real-time, fast-paced competition platform built on blockchain, hence I would like to introduce you, Dash community, to our endeavor with a goal of partnering with Dash on the execution of our platform and activities.
We managed to gather an outstanding team with a great track record, including a Dash core team member, will be signing an escrow agreement with Dash and we have greatly mutually beneficial objectives defined, turning a simple idea into an amazing endeavor. Furthermore, I managed to get GliaLab on board as an advisor.
Blockchain-based betting platforms are often not transparent or provably fair. Yes, there are some platforms like EthBet, vDICE, Edgeless etc., on the market claiming some of these decentralized values, but most of them are either focused on classic betting like dicing and poker or you are betting against an automated system that can be tampered with by the host. What we came up with is a very simple peer-to-peer decentralized flash “betting” platform allowing users to select a game, challenge each other and instantly double or lose their crypto stake. This way, the outcome of each game is based on decisions that users make. Therefore, we are more focused on gamification of challenges rather than betting. Before we get to all the benefits for Dash, let us first introduce you to our concept:
A user selects a quick challenge like rock-paper-scissors, places their stake (example, 0.1 DASH) and chooses their shape. Other users can accept the challenge by staking the same amount of selected cryptocurrency and playing the game. The user that wins the round takes the pot.
Users can play the game simultaneously or initiate the challenge and wait for other users to accept and complete it, depending on the challenge. If a party is not present, they will be notified of the results on their email. If the game is tied, the round is repeated. Payouts are immediate.
The goal is to start with basics and simple challenges, but as the platform grows and we generate more resources, more decision-making games, complexity, and interesting skill-based challenges will be introduced. Sponsored tournaments will be organized in the future where multiple users will be able to participate, rise through the ranks and compete for collective pots (this might be an opportunity to partner with brands that will “sponsor” a tournament).
As our business model, we will be taking a small percentage of each pot, depending on challenge stake requirements, what we agree on with developers and feedback we receive from the market. Our prediction is that we will be taking 3-10% per pot, with Dash users paying a smaller fee at exclusive tournaments.
We will also create a Discord bot allowing users to challenge each other live on Discord chat via private commands. For example “!challenglybot challenge @vedad for 2 Dash on #paper”, Vedad receives a notification to accept or decline a challenge and select his “weapon” (paper, rock or scissors). The outcome and payments are immediate. The entire process will be easy and user-friendly, allowing users to have fun. Once we integrate the app within Dash Discord channel and establish an active user base, we can start thinking about using our API for integration at Discord channels related to other cryptocurrencies, creating additional income and growing Dash community. Potential of this integration has been recognized as a valuable asset by Founder of Dash Nation, Tao Of Satoshi, as well.

We estimate the timeline of approximately three to five months for the launch of the platform. First three to four months will be focused on the extensive development of our platform. Moreover, we will be coming up with new concepts for challenges and establishing strong brand awareness. This will include setting up a landing page, promotion on social media and cryptocurrency forums, paid to advertise, talking to influencers etc. We will also be talking to influential individuals from the gaming industry about potentially getting them on the advisory board. The last month will be dedicated to communication with people who signed up to use our platform early on and testing our technology.
We need 206.96 Dash for the development and promotion of the platform, including initial activities related to brand awareness, community building, and growth hacking.
If the price increases significantly, we will allocate the additional sum into further development of our platform and marketing activities. Payments will be by the core team through the escrow service.

We briefly talked with Ryan and shared our plan with Bradley Zastrow. We had a call, discussed a few valid points in regards to our execution, and agreed to sign an escrow agreement with the Core team.
The goal is to develop the first peer-to-peer competition platform allowing users to challenge each other and win or double their crypto stake and establish a recognized brand and active user base within the cryptocurrency community. In the same manner, we will be creating a significant value for Dash. Moreover, as we keep growing and attracting influential and talented team members, partnerships and other opportunities will arise for Dash. As the platform grows, we will be introducing new challenges and opportunities to our users. While competitors exist in a single vertical within our offering, there is no provider with similar possibilities, developing peer-to-peer competition platform based on transparent and fair decentralized flash games in the field of the blockchain.

So, now to talk about those benefits; What will Dash get:
- “Powered by Dash” sign next to our logo on our website and all our future promo materials and articles.
- 40% of all our future profits, money that will be invested in projects related to the development of Dash. Each month we will submit a report with results. Funding will be allocated to the following four activities:
- 10% will be used for improving Green Candle Inc. escrow service and their new Grant Center - supporting individuals who are not able to afford the Dash proposal fee (activities will be coordinated and managed directly with Jeff Smith a.k.a. coingun)
- 10% will go to Dash core team for their business and other related development activities. During our initial call with Bradley Zastrow, we agreed that this might be relocated to other activities depending on whether core team is able to accept any additional funding (will be updated in the proposal).
- 10% will be used for organizing promotional events for Dash and marketing activities
- 10% will be used to form a Dash Sponsorship Team that will be sponsoring different respectable individuals like athletes. For example, we can be supporting teams from developing countries without sponsors by sending them to mainstream sporting competitions or a team of young mathematicians traveling to a major academic competition.
- NOTE: As our income grows, more activities will be introduced.
Furthermore:
- Additional 20% of our income will be invested in the growth of our platform, development of new challenges and marketing, thus also promoting Dash and growing its community.
- We will organize a promo event for the launch of our platform where we will also promote Dash.
- GliaLab will help us organize an event, potentially in collaboration with influential organizations and entities like the Rotary Club and Petnica Science Center, to educate people about blockchain and discuss potential partnerships for the platform. We will promote Dash at this event (there is an opportunity of having someone from NVIDIA as a guest).
- In order to grow Dash user base, users will be able to play with multiple cryptocurrencies, which will also create a stable income for the growth of our platform, but we will organize exclusive tournaments and challenges available only to users playing with Dash, motivating people to actively purchase and trade Dash within and outside the platform. In the future, once we have a stable user base and resources, we can think about focusing all challenges exclusively on Dash.
Our advisors for this endeavor will be:
- Alex Werner from Dash core development team.
- Emira Mešanović Mandić (LinkedIn) that will be helping us with the segment of sponsorships and impact opportunities. She is a global humanitarian, a leader in CSR and a consultant, currently working as the Programme Coordinator at The Olof Palme International Center, with 20 years of leadership experience in non-for-profit organizations and entities like the United Nations Development Programme and WWF.
- Abu Qader, the award-winning developer that was endorsed by people like Sundar Pichai and Eric Schmidt, and an international speaker that was featured in major media formats around the world and often shared a stage with individuals like Bill Gates.
- Advisors are not financially compensated for their time; they are working with us on a voluntary basis.
Google CEO, Sundar Pichai, talking about Abu Qader and premiering a movie about his work during the Google I/O 2017, Google's annual conference in San Francisco.
