Pre-Proposal: Masternode Voter Privacy using ZKPs

This proposal instructs DCG to research and implement ZKPs (Zero Knowledge Proofs) for voting on treasury proposals.

It's possible that many MNOs do not vote due to fears related to privacy or retribution. ZKPs would anonymize voting, providing privacy, protecting MNOs when they vote. Protecting voters with ZKPs could improve the DAO by providing privacy for voters, which could also improve participation.

Support this proposal to mandate DCG to include ZKPs for treasury voting for Dash Core v23.

I will support this proposal, it's something that should of been done a long time ago. It's a little late to the party but, OTOH, ZKP tooling is a lot more mature.

My Yes vote will be purely symbolic as I honestly believe:

1. DCG would declare it low priority and distracting from more important things.

2. they don't have the money and resources to do it anyway.

3. secretly, they're not bright enough to do it, and, in any event, if they did it, they'd screw it up anyway.

4. if it's going to take a year to add smart contracts, how long do you think ZKP voting is going to take!!??

5. a long time ago, the dash treasury funded research to Arizona University to do exactly this, and there was zero action taken.

6. you should just buy BEAM which has private transactions, an anonymous name service, private NFTs, a private stable coin, private liquidity pools and private voting. The teams behind it did all of that in a third of the time it took DCG to build Platform. Unsurprisingly, the price of beam has recently outpaced both dash and bitcoin!

I support this, but they will not do it.

DCG are a bunch of incompetents, who suck the Dash budget with the vote of government agents that are instructed to destruct Dash community.

Expect nothing from this community, they are all going straight to decline and oblivion.

Their only hope, to vote the numbers.

There is no evidence that MNOs are discouraged from voting due to the possibility of matching their votes to their masternodes.

Ultimately, the fate of the DAO is to be transferred to Platform, where we can vote the numbers, stupid! and do a lot more all while persisting it all on-chain. The new governance site will be https://dash.vote/ and the contested usernames, is just the start, we'll be voting on much more than just that!
