Thanks for your questions and as @AgnewPickens already explained Dash Next is one of the Dash Funded Organizations.
Or to say in different words Dash Next is a sub-DAO to the superior Dash DAO. Beside Dash Next there are multiple other sub-DAO's like Dash Core or Dash Dach for example.
Every sub-DAO is focusing on different tasks similar maybe to departments in a company. And Dash Next as @AgnewPickens correctly mentioned is based in Southeastasia, pushing there for example the adoption in the Philippines (Remittences Use Case) and Thailand (Crypto Tourism Use Case). But main focus of Dash Next are Business Development, Partnerships and integrations in whole Asia and beyond.

Also, there is any other sub-DAO, concentrated on another region, not southern Asia only?

yes there are many regional sub-Dao's (for example Nigeria, Thailand, Phillipines, Brazil, Dach for german speaking countries etc etc.)
There are also sub-DOA's which are non regional as Dash Core, Dash Watch, Dash Nexus, ... and actually Dash Next is also not really a classical regional Sub-Dao. Main purpose is Biz Dev, partnerships, integrations, media, marketing also beyond Asia. But yeah as most team members are based here and other sub-DAO's covering already other areas Dash Next is focusing more on Asia then others.
