Many people understand that plutocracy is a bad thing, but the dash community is still feeding the plutocrat trolls (aka the masternode operators). The Dash community desperately needs a Proof of individuality, in order to prevent the masternodes's votes from being controlled by plutocrats, agents e.t.c.
