Does server performance affect payout?

Server A has a 3x better processor, 3x more ram, and 3x less latency than Server B.

Would the payout to Server A be higher than B?
If yes:
by how much?
what factors (CPU | RAM | LATENCY) would contribute the most?

If no:
why?

As long as both of them are online and serving requests - no, it won't matter. With more functionality added in future releases smaller server might be too busy and not being able to process requests in time (or to start at all due to low RAM) - and that's when it will start to make difference.

Thank you. One final question: does it matter if server A serves 100x more requests than server B? Would the payment be the same for both?
