I have a wallet balance of 150 and I have DASH mix set to 100 and now it got stuk at the end 99.6 ,,, so if I was to increase my DASH mix to 120 in settings is there a logical reason for it to finish faster ?

You don't have to wait 'til 100%... it's a confusing UI. Whatever your "Darksend Balance" is, those coins are anonymized. It may not ever "finish" if your amounts are fractional... at least that's my theory (but it doesn't matter since the majority of your coins are mixed — is your Darksend balance 99+?)
I think that the 99% you're referring to is actually the % of your coins that have been fully anonymized and are available for Darksend anonymization. (e.g. Masternode inputs are not available and thus don't count as part of your percentage total).
So I think if you raise the number to 120 then it will lower the % complete -- but why not try it and see?
