coins not sending or confirmed, can i retry or cancel send ?

HI
I have a reconfigured/saved dash wallet from old computer that died and added more dash from my exchange account however when i later went to send dash back to exchange it would not go through. 4 days later and still no confirmation, dash wallet is now empty and no idea how to correct this. send address was good/correct.

any help muchly appreciated
 
did u check blockchain ?
is it out there ?
(or landed on exchange and just not in exchange wallet)
 
What wallet version do you use?
Update if older than 12.1.4 best if 12.2.1
After update.if your coins are not still there from top menu choose repair tools and press the Recover transactions 1.

If you successfully sent the Dash, you should be able to see a transaction ID on the transactions tab. You can enter this in a blockchain explorer to confirm where the dash is now - you might need to contact the exchange with this information to get them to credit your account.
If the transaction actually did not go through for some reason, you can try to update your wallet to the latest version and then use the recover transactions options under Tools > Wallet repair. Rescan may also help the wallet to show any missing transactions.
 
Thanks guys but..
I'm pretty computer illiterate and not sure how to 1. update dash wallet other than uninstall then reinstall new and add saved wallet .dat file... which would now be wrong as funds shouldnt be in there.
2. I ran the dash blockchain explorer and the transaction ID didn't show any results nor did the to: address. coins are not in exchange history either. I'm Very lost and confused
 
OK

Did a wallet repair run and all is good now.. Had spent some other coins on old comp and as such saved .dat was valid but wrong amount.
