Build Apps with PhoneGap ?! ....>

I came across this webpage
and thought that this might work for us regarding iPhone Apps (Wallet, MN Tools,....) !?
As no C++ and such is needed and Dev for these (bellow) should be easier to find ?
Any thoughts ?
you guys know so much more about this, so i just throw it out here !

Check out Intel XDK too. I've used that quite a bit and really liked it. IDE is excellent imo. Pretty sure it can use phonegap / Cordova plug ins too

TBH it doesnt matter if you do X11 in C++ or Javascript. I'd prefer C++ though...

As a programmer is still needed C ++ or Java , same same for you guys.
