Can someone please simplify the dash Bison Wallet integration. I mean to say, I've set it up but it's not a one-click setup like some other coins there. I haven't traded dash on there yet but I'm hoping Instant Send is working, right?

No need for RPC info to setup litecoin, so why this needed for dash on Bison Wallet? Somebody please improve the dash integration.
Where are the dash markets? Does the dash community prefer stupid MICA licencing instead of fast, cheap and decentralized atomic swaps?
Help bypass KYC hell, promote dash on Bison Wallet. If litecoin can do it, why can't dash? Don't tell me dash is "digital cash" if you're not interested in a KYC-free world!

Every chain wallet in Bison Wallet is customizable. If a chain has special features such as mixing or staking, it can be integrated. Where is dash mixing and trustless masternode staking?

It is evident that we have very similar points of view in this regard.
For me, Dash must be decentralized and independent of the system if the user so desires.
Another thing is that the user, for whatever reason, wants their Dash to be visible and associated with their personal or company taxation.
To think that the volume of decentralized exchanges grows every day, and Dash focuses on stupid things again and again, instead of being what "Decentralized Digital Money" promises.
We always look askance at Monero, it is inevitable, especially knowing that one day we were 5x over them, and with much more popularity, however, we, unlike Monero, wanted to cover everything, without specifying anything.
I have always bought Dash on exchanges without KYC, and if for some reason in the future I had to use KYC to buy, sell or hold Dash, rest assured that this will not be my currency, nor that of thousands of potential users.
Remember that they wanted to destroy all privacy currencies, and there they continue to increase in capitalization and volume (XMR, Zcash...)
If we believe that Dash is digital cash, it would be very interesting to see what the partner says, and add Dash to that decentralized wallet with all its feartures.
When Dash was included in Maya, it was advertised on Reddit, on Discord, everywhere... but since then, it seems like we've been focusing on interesting, but not so necessary, things.

Yes, I remember when dash was higher than monero and condescending and righteous. Monero now at rank 29 is not a blip! Where are the monero critics hiding now? I'm not a big monero fan and I am aware of recent traceability claims, but really, who here is going to admit they were wrong?

Dash Bison Wallet integration is broken...
Let's see the Bison Wallet Litecoin integration. Notice the "Wallet Type" is "Native" whereas the dash integration requires Dash setting up of RPC...

Nice. Would be great to see a Dash native SPV wallet integrated, and the Bison Wallet developers can help assist.

I believe dash was integrated into bison wallet by DCG or Incubator, but I'm not entirely sure. Unfortunately, it's broken and clunky and it would be nice if someone looked into it, especially to be a native wallet without RPCs etc. Given the capabilities of the Platform API, it would serve as a good example of how easy it is for devs.
I just want to bring this to someone's attention in some vain hope that something gets done.
Here is a recent video of Bison Wallet in action doing fast atomic swaps. A million dollars of trade in it's first 90 days with a relatively straight forward interface. The litecoin wallet is native and we can clearly see how easy it is to setup and use.
Think ... no custodian and no KYC. Isn't this the perfect environment for dash? If litecoin can do this native then why not dash also?

The new option in Dashcore to enable RPC calls has no effect with Bison Wallet. I have tested RPC enabled and disabled and Bison Wallet still announces as "Ready". Talking of which, finding the right config location isn't obvious, I tried various places and still failed to get it working with Bison Wallet anyway.
In the meantime, I still have an amazing 184,467,440,741.106 dash.. which I'm not planning to spend right now...

In any event, getting dash native in Bison Wallet really should be the way to go here from a new user perspective.
If the Dash team can do an SPV wallet like Litecoin, Bitcoin, and Decred it will be a good trading experience.
No one is going to run full nodes to execute trades. It's just the reality.
It is possible to ask the DEX team to do the SPV support via a proposal. The Decred devs did Litecoin's SPV implementation for them.
An SPV wallet already exists for Core, used by many multicoin wallets, it's called Electrum, I don't know how that would work with Platform.
I don't think Platform has anything to do with this.
I think @Exitus is saying it would be an embedded SPV wallet, which on the face of it doesn't sound too difficult. Or that @Exitus could create a dash proposal to pay his team to do it. That's an easy Yes from me and ASAP.. This would improve the UX for both Bison Wallet and dash users alike.

Could some of @pshenmic code for Eletcrum Dash be used or cooperation? He has a 100 Dash proposal up, looks like for v22 Hardfork support.
