I wanted to give everyone some hard numbers on my work so far:

Here are links to the Medium publication and YouTube videos that are included:

Dash For Newbies Medium publication
Contains 26 articles, 3 of which were written by Anja. The Medium publication is designed to be a community-driven blog, so if you have an article that would fit into it, please contact me. Everyone is encouraged to contribute. Also, if you have any requests for future articles, let me know. I'm averaging writing one article per day. For those interested, I have no other job, and I take writing and creating for Dash very seriously!

Dash For Newbies YouTube
Contains 4 videos.

I didn't include my new Twitter followers, but those numbers seem to be increasing dramatically as well. Plus I do a ton of social media work on Twitter, FB, Steemit, etc.

Women of Dash Slack Channel was created by Anja, but I'm very active in this channel too. I'm thinking about a new video contest (and I'm working on getting Trezor on board as a sponsor) so I'll let you know the details about that soon.

One of the members of our channel is working on creating an introduction video and that will be out soon. The synergy and energy in Dash is pretty unbelievable. Also, I've received a lot of feedback from people who said they joined Slack because of reading my articles.

Also, here are my personal stats as a writer on Medium:

Since beginning to write Dash-related articles on Medium, I've nearly doubled the amount of views. This is mainly due to writing every day. Consistency yields the best results.

Dashmaximilist had asked if I was planning on doing some additional marketing, like paying for ads. If anyone you know is really skilled at marketing (content marketing), can you please send them my way? I've been thinking of working with someone who can maximize the exposure of what I'm doing.

Also, for next month, I would be asking for 35 Dash, to cover basic costs of expenses. I've got some rather bold ideas that I'm going to flesh out for the next proposal cycle, in adddition to the work I'm already doing daily. Please advise if you think the amount is acceptable. I'm mainly adjusting for fluctuations in Dash prices.

Hi @stellabelle
You are producing not only a great deal of well-written, creative and accurate content, but there is also the community building aspect as well. As someone who pays close attention to the Slack channel, I don't think I have seen many other single people attract as much attention and excitement to the Dash community as you have, except for Amanda B Johnson. If anything I think based on what we have seen from your trial run this month, 35 Dash (incl. fee) at the current price of $68.00/Dash would be an underpayment. If you are making working for Dash your only job, and you've got enough to do to make it full time, that would be less than $25k annualized salary. I would vote for 2x that and think you should increase your requested amount at least a little, assuming the Dash price doesn't dramatically spike between now and the time you submit. Our network budget is growing to where we can start actually paying more competitive rates to attract and retain talent. Yours is one that we have attracted and I'd like to retain.

My 2 duffs ~

Thanks for your compliments, I do appreciate hearing that I'm making a difference.
I'm interested in Dash's long-term success, so after converting most of my assets to Dash, well, I want to bring as much value as possible.
It definitely changes one's goals. Thank you! You're a dear.
