Even if true, the logic doesn't work. The person who fronted the cash should accept the liability with doing that. Not everyone else. Further, if that person fronted the cash, its because he trusts them. So, he should have no problem getting the value back.

Phase 1 just does documentation. Specific states are targeted in Phase 2. Frankly, I think this is backwards. There is nothing stopping us from picking 20 ATM owners right now - before we spend a single Duff on Phase 1. We may find there simply is no market demand.

Why not just use Dash, and slap a 'Powered By Dash.org' note all over the 'Currency'? Kinda like how a Visa card has a small logo on it for Visa sometimes, and the bank name/logo is bigger.
