Yeah I just added a workaround so NOMP still works with Darkcoin's quirk with the tx order.

The official NOMP repo now supports the new Darkcoin masternode changes. However, there's a bug in the darkcoin source that will cause it to reject NOMP's valid blocks. It looks like just an off-by-one error so I fixed it and did a pull request: https://github.com/darkcoinproject/darkcoin/pull/2
