    My thoughts exactly!

    I noticed a couple of commits from 8-9 hours ago in dstorm's repo, so I cloned the source again and compiled it. Now I don't get the error messages from my earlier posts, however the p2pool node in testnet reports ridiculous amount of blocks found and I get no tDRK payments. Here's a link...

    As far as I can tell from the p2pool web interface, the testnet p2pool hasn't mined a single block for about 24 hours! I think we're having some issue here.

    If you're running on testnet, then the port is different: http://192.168.56.4:18998/static/ This is my p2pool-drk experiment for after the fork. And, yeah, the web interface (with the above port) works fine for me.

    After replacing the subsidy function, I was able to run dstorm's p2pool-drk. I am getting the following error message (even though I deleted the p2pool/data directory a few times already): 2014-05-24 17:13:06.163107 > Share check failed...

    Oh, it seems there's a new error after deleting the data directory, because of the similar formatting I didn't (at first) notice it cites other python files: 2014-05-24 15:57:20.398198 > Unhandled Error 2014-05-24 15:57:20.398444 > Traceback (most recent call last): 2014-05-24 15:57:20.398596 >...

    Not at first, I deleted it later and restarted darkcoind and p2pool (actually I even recompiled p2pool). This was done before I posted here the error.

    Good idea. Done. I have another error: 2014-05-24 15:47:19.697209 > Share check failed: 0000000a68d91e6fd7e73852c3e6180f8d5bb8ae4904c331f5844e4d09912bf2 -> 0000000099d97eaf8cb31f64d070b48bf8d3dc5a30f14c1e6eabfad2a1b6d02e 2014-05-24 15:47:19.698073 > Traceback (most recent call last): 2014-05-24...

    I tried running dstorm's p2pool-drk, but in the p2pool log I get the following error: 2014-05-24 14:46:45.389649 > Bitcoin connection lost. Reason: Connection was closed cleanly. In darkcoin's debug log I see this: 2014-05-24 11:46:45 accepted connection 127.0.0.1:55627 2014-05-24 11:46:45...

    p2pool memory leak

    It seems there's still a memory leak, however at least the memory usage increases linearly (not exponentially) and more slowly for the time being. This is the pattern I've seen on other p2pool nodes. There are no log messages containing "submitted share with" or "Handshake timed out" in the...

    p2pool memory leak

    If you mean messages such as the following: xxx:~$ tail -n 100000 p2pool-drk/data/darkcoin/log | grep "submitted share with" -A 2 2014-05-23 21:04:06.968790 Worker XXXXXXXXXXXXX submitted share with hash > target: 2014-05-23 21:04:06.970146 Hash...

    p2pool memory leak

    I have a lot of "Handshake timed out" events from my other p2pool nodes (they have no miners connected, I run them for experimentation), on other VMs: 2014-05-24 00:02:14.597051 Handshake timed out, disconnecting from 10.0.2.2:48893 2014-05-24 00:04:54.774054 Handshake timed out, disconnecting...

    p2pool memory leak

    I tried 3 versions of twisted on debian - 12.0.0, 13.2.0 and 14.0.0. Twisted 12.0.0 was noticeably worse than the newer two versions I tried, but I noticed no difference between 13.2.0 and 14.0.0. I've seen a leak in most of the nodes I checked, however I never saw an exponential growth as...

    p2pool memory leak

    Hi, I installed (many times already) p2pool from chaeplin's github on a debian wheezy (7.4.0) vm. I followed this tutorial: http://www.reddit.com/r/DRKCoin/comments/1zg2c8/tutorial_how_to_set_up_a_darkcoin_p2pool_server/ with the addition of adding a testing repository (only after everything...
