Dash block time is 2.5 min, not 3 minutes. So your own calculation drops to 7.2 days with 576 blocks per day. On top of that, some of the 4140 bottom nodes will crash, get restarted or shut down completely and drop out before they reach the top 10%, making the others rise to the top even faster.
