First answer was fine. I'm fine with that, as long as we get a way to ensure it doesn't *accidentally* turn into a priority. Wouldn't it create some weird incentive not to approve certain budgetary items in an effort to "save" the Dash for the next "possibly" cool project?

I think some of our subscribers aren't qualified yet so it doesn't count them. Most of the people signing up don't go any further than signing up the one time and never coming back. They need to build rep etc outside of this proposal to count I believe.
