    Proposal: HD Wallet Project

@jimbursch It will be managed by Chuck Williams, who will be visiting the vendor location physically to oversee the project. The project is independent from Electrum-Dash. This is a fork of a completely different wallet. I would not describe the wallet as a "stop-gap" solution. It will...

    Proposal: Consensus / Leadership "Summit"

@joezippy Our finances are published every quarter, and we maintain balances within the payout addresses at all times so that anyone can monitor our balances and see for themselves that the balances reported match what was in those accounts on those dates. For transparency, I am the only member...

    Proposal: Consensus / Leadership "Summit"

Several reasons... first, we have no specific plans prepared to spend those funds. In the past, we've found most MNOs are opposed to setting funding aside for purposes with no immediate plans to use them. Late last year, we attempted to set "leftover" money aside for legal work, and even had a...

    Proposal: Consensus / Leadership "Summit"

Thank you for the feedback. At this time, we don't intend on having the core team's strategy planning sessions open to MNOs... open houses and conferences of course make for great opportunities to talk with MNOs and share ideas, and we do plan to have more of those as well. In addition, we need...

    Proposal: Core Team Contractors (May)

We pay almost everyone in Dash, so everyone converts individually. For that reason, we've had no issues so far.

    Proposal: Core Team Contractors (May)

There are 27 full time positions... I would need to go back to the spreadsheets to determine the full number including part-time. Off the top of my head, I would estimate the total to be about 60-65 paid positions. We have yet to post the QA, automation, infrastructure, PM, or HR positions, so...

Proposal: Alt36 + Dash Payment Platform [15 Updates Included]

Yes, the penalty is 100% of the network's original contribution pro-rated based on the number of months of exclusivity that Alt Thirty Six fails to provide. The 36 months commences on the date that the product is released commercially (not from the date of the proposal) and extends 36 months...

Proposal: Alt36 + Dash Payment Platform [15 Updates Included]

That is correct. The payout address is the business development address. This can be verified by comparing the payout address to previous business development proposals.

    Pre-Proposal: Alt36 + Dash Payment Platform

I have received a number of inquiries regarding this proposal and asking for official statements on our views as a core team. There are a few specific requests that I can answer: - This proposal is an independent proposal. We have agreed to act in an escrow capacity to protect the interest of...

    Dash Core Team Organization Announcement

This is precisely the issue I'm proposing resolving. We need to create a separate legal entity that can own assets like these in order to transfer them out of individual names. I have spoken with Evan and he is of course willing to transfer ownership to a legal entity that represents the...

    Dash Core Team Organization Announcement

Yes, the Dash network and the Dash Core Team doesn't contribute to the Dash Foundation. The Dash Foundation holds very little assets, and which is funded exclusively by membership dues. The Dash network and Dash Foundation are separate entities with different "owners" and separate finances.

    Dash Core Team Organization Announcement

My own hypothesis is a trust with obligation to the network would be a much better setup than putting these assets into a US-based non-profit controlled by members (who's only obligation is to pay dues). But I will defer to experts that do this for a living to come up with the best answer...
