I'm on the same boat as you are. Ordered mine over a week ago and they said that they still don't have it in stock, or any X11 ASIC in stock, for that matter. Contacted someone from Alibaba and they also don't know when they'll have an ASIC in stock.

Nice! But, from a business stand point, why not buy ASICs yourself? 1000 DASH is much more expensive than a 2.4k A900 miner. Also, with a Masternode will need to wait longer to break even. Right now, an A900 will get you ~11 DASH / month (minus the pool fees), which is probably more than a MN...

I just bought mine last week from asicminermarket. Hasn't even shipped because they're out of stock. Try at eastshore.xyz or contact Baikal directly through Skype. Apparently we were a tad late on the whole Dash mining hype.

Are you already connected to the Baikal? If so, post screenshots of what the interface is to help you out. I found a tutorial, but they don't explicitly say how to change your miner's IP address to static. But there should be an IP Settings or something to that effect, if it's even posible...
