Hi, can you verify you are using Dash Core 0.15.0.0? Also make sure the date format is correct and that you are reading it correctly (maybe US format with month first?), I have never seen this error without a problem in the clock configuration.

I believe that is all that is available, although there might be comments in the relevant source code describing the mechanism in more detail. @thephez @UdjinM6 @Pasta can maybe share some more details?
