Try with -g 1. Moreover, thread concurrency overlaps shaders, so put just one of the two. Personally, I use shaders, got better results

I got better results with my Asus with -g 1 and intensity 17. Moreover, I don't use TC but --shaders 2048. You could also try out xintensity instead of standard intensity I get 2.1 M/hash with Vcore @ 1.075 mv and memory clock @1.500/6.000 mhz instead of 1.600/6.500. GPU clock is the standard...
