I agree with increasing MN incentives, but this should not come at the expense of miners. Is it possible to increase the block reward at the same rate as increasing the MN payment %, so that miners continue receiving i.e. 4 DRK per block but MN's see the target increases.

I googled for cached versions on each of DRK-74 through DRK-89 and added comments to each ticket. I couldn't find anything for 86,87, and 89. Also: Vertoe reported issues 76-79.

Perhaps there is a compromise such as select 10 masternodes but require only 8 votes for a quorum. Or select 12 and require 10. This would allow two masternodes to fail but the voting to succeed.

I have similar concerns and was thinking along the same lines. Perhaps it would also be possible to select 20 authority masternodes outright and require a minimum of 10 votes for a consensus quorum. If votes >=10 and rejects=0 the tx lock will succeed.
