if there turn out to be a 'few' main MN hosts that host 1000's of nodes i consider this to be pretty centralised. I mean in an ideal world the nodes would be all over the place? no?

Shop owner will not care about dash. Well maybe he will but he really wants fiat. Ideally he needs a solution like BitPay where dash are turned into fiat straight away and funds deposited into his businesses account.

As Splawik said its not the private key from you coin address, its the masternode priv key. 2 different things
