Where did you download from? There are many versions of sgminer around. Do you have a hard drive not being used? Can you install a clean windows on it and test there? You should not need dummies on newer drivers. run "sgminer -n" to see what GPU is detected. It shouldn't see Intel VGA at...

I don't have the problem. I checked my 2nd setup and it is using about 1% also. What drivers are you using? Where did you get your binaries? What flavor of windows? Do you have another hard drive? Run a clean install to test. Disable each card, does it still occur? possible but not probable
