Its a more than needed proposal. The complexity of the projects is just to much for MNO to evaluate correctly. And its gonna be harder with the budget increasing.

I think we need more projects like dash global, dash force, projects where small amounts can be distributed without having to do a proposal. We dont need to go for the big projects just for the sake of it, we need to keep ressources for the grassroot developement also.

Can we have a little idea how much it cost to rent what we need to have the dash blockchain supported on satellites.
