I think its a cheap enough proposal to take a chance. We need a solution ASAP. The risk from their side is greater, if the proposal is defunded after a month, theres a lot of devellopement that goes down the drain.

I dont know if its really important that an evaluation team is from the dash community. Maybe an outsider without skin in the game can be more objective.
